Exterior Building Cleaning Ltd. were established in 1990. We are the only family run business specializing in the power washing of buildings in the midlands. Based in Mullingar we cover roughly a 50-mile radius for small domestic jobs but we can give nationwide coverage for larger domestic, construction, industrial and contract work. Using high pressure water we are able to clean all types of surfaces such as stone, cement, concrete, roofs, slates, brick walls, cobblelock, tarmacadam, Gutters, steel cladding, plastics and timbers restoring them to their original finish in using the most modern equipment on the market in the most environmentally friendly way.

Due to the type of work we do we often have to go to extreme heights to clean many of today’s modern multi storey buildings, because of this we use the best and safest working techniques available. We have 4 fully insured heists, 2 of which can reach up to 80 ft each and our new state of the art truck mounted heist which sores to 103 ft as well as tower scaffolding to reach more awkward areas. We are also the only cleaning company who are insured to go up to 180 ft from ground level. We also have Full Public and Employers Liability Insurance as well as our own Fetac Certified on site Safety officer who carries out all of our risk assessments on our larger jobs. We are fully compliant with all safety regulations; all our safety literature and passes are at your disposal for inspection at any time. This gives all of our client’s peace of mind for every eventuality.

Power washing a building is one of the most visual ways of restoring a building to what it looked like when it was first built, while at the same time adding more value to the equity of the building. In order to cater for all of our clients we clean all types of buildings, from bungalows and driveways to county hospitals, apartment blocks, boarding schools, churches, cathedrals, filling station forecourts and shop fronts. Some of our largest customers are painters, county councils, property management companies, builders, developers, supermarket chains and parish development committees.
